Registration and Sign-In Instructions
My Service Canada Account (MSCA) is a secure online portal. It allows you to apply, view and update your information for Canada Pension Plan (CPP), and Old Age Security (OAS).
Register for My Service Canada
Before you can access Service Canada, you first have to register for an account.
Click here open the My Service Canada site in another tab and then continue the registration process described below.
Step 1 - Registration Options
- Scroll down to New User
- Select an option for how you'd like to register
- Register with GCKey
- Register with your bank
- Register with your province (Alberta and BC only)
- Follow the registration instructions to create your account
Sign-In to My Service Canada
Once you are registered for Service Canada, you can sign in to your account.
