IG Online
Document Delivery Preferences
Once you have signed in to your IG Online account, you can choose which IG Wealth Management statements that you will receive by mail.
Electronic copies of your documents are always available in Online Access and you’ll be notified when they are posted.
You can save on paper by receiving all documents electronically and printing out just those documents you need in hard copy, from home.

Step 1 - Manage Profile
- Click on Profile Icon in the top right corner and select Manage Profile
- You will be taken to the Profile Settings page
Step 2 - Profile Settings
- Scroll down to find the Document delivery preferences section and click on the Edit link to the left of the title
Step 3 - Document Delivery Preferences
- You can now choose which IG Wealth Management statements that you will receive by mail
- To no longer receive a document type by mail, uncheck the box to the left of the description
- When you have made all your choices, click on the Update button to save your preferences
Don't Worry!
No matter what you select here, electronic copies of your documents are always available in Online Access.
